Shipping Policy

1. What is the cost of shipping? 

Standard Shipping for all orders within India is Free. Express Shipping is charged at Rs. 100 per night suit.

In our experience, prepaid orders typically reached customers faster than COD orders do. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. Kindly reach us at hello@pmtoam.in if you would like us to ship them together. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

3. What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +919920622321 or write to us at hello@pmtoam.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

4. My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that it is the customer's duty to follow up with the courier company. We can only help them with the tracking status of order & location. 

5. Can I collect the order myself? 

Please email us at hello@pmtoam.in with your order number to inform us if you wish to opt for self-collection upon order confirmation.

6. How can I cancel my order?

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation: The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by PM to AM and accept PM to AM's decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation by PM to AM: Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

7. International Shipping

We are now accepting orders for worldwide shipping. Kindly drop a mail at hello@pmtoam.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9920622321 so that we can discuss your case further. International shipping rates applicable.

8. Miscellaneous

  • We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We may reach you via mail to request the same. 
  • Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
  • The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • If no one is at home/office to receive the package, re-delivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.
  • Your orders will only be processed and packed during operation hours. Our support team operates from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
